Mainly calcareous, with a small proportion of clay, silt and gravel.

Between 3,500 and 6,500 vines per hectare.

Organic biodynamic with regenerative agriculture.

Elaboration
Elaboration
After being destemed and crushed, grapes are stored in stainless steel tanks, macerating the must with the skins during a moon cycle, 29 days. The must is transformed into wine thanks to the native yeasts presents on the grapes (25 ºC max).
Ageing
After pressing, aged on lees for 6 months, lees removed afterwards and 4 more months of tank ageing. Not aged in oak barels in order to discover the taste of grape tanins.
